Token of Appreciation

District 114 comprises clubs in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Ethiopia. With a club base of 60 clubs and with over 1500 Toastmasters members, District 114 has grown in leaps and bounds, from just 17 clubs in 2017. This goes to show that there is great desire in the region for the honing of leadership and communication skills.

To support this great desire, we have ensured that we remain a Smedley distinguished District by becoming third among 120 Districts in the global Toastmasters community. This means that our members enjoyed quality leadership and communication learning support in their clubs, and that membership and new club charters grew at an increasing rate over time.
